There's two main email domains that Shoelace emails get sent from:

If you are not receiving emails from Shoelace, they may be going to your spam or social folders in your inbox.  Please check there first!

If these emails are going to the wrong folder, you can adjust these in your inbox's settings.  

For those who use gmail, this is located in the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" portion of Settings:

SMS (Text Messages)

You may occasionally receive automated SMS messages from Shoelace regarding our account.  These will come from the number: +14387949549
